Task Sequence has failed with the error code 0x80070070

Task Sequence has failed with the error code (0x80070070). For more information, please contact your system administrator or helpdesk operator.

Task Sequence error code 0x80070070 indicate an issue with the target machine drive size / or available disk space on the imaging partition. Error code 0x80070070 is similar as 0x8000FFFF

If we look up the smsts.log file, on the bottom of the log you may see similar msg like

“There is not enough space on the disk. (Error: 80070070; Source: Windows) TSManager……..”

The solutions is, check the drive size and make sure it is big enough to deploy the Operating System.
