All of a sudden you will notice Deploy option is greyed out on one of your existing task sequence.
The console won’t show any error and the task sequence also won’t show any error.

- Open the Task Sequence in edit mode;
- Choose any one of the tasks in the task sequence and disable the task.
This will enable the apply button on the bottom.
Click on apply.
- Then re-enable the task and click on apply button,
Close the task sequence by clicking O.K.
Now the deploy button should be active and you will be allowed to click on Deploy.

For me, the task sequence was disabled as one of the tasks in the task sequence was erroneous. The erroneous task was giving error as some mandatory input was missing. I made changes in the erroneous task to fix the error. This enabled the apply button at the bottom. I clicked apply and then OK button. Now the 'Deploy' option became enabled in the context menu for the task sequence.
