Identify SCCM 2012 version

1. Open the ConfigMgr console
2. Navigate to Administration, Expand Site Configuration then select Sites
3. On the right site, Console will display all installed Sites
4. Right-click on the site you need information for then select Properties for that site
5. You’ll find the site version and build number as below
