You may receive

Parser returned error 0x80070005
when
launching System Center software center.
This is mainly an issue with the access rights. The
actual error interprets as access denied.
Launching the software center with administrator privileges
will resolve Parser returned error 0x80070005.
To fix the actual problem, review the event viewer logs
and fix the root cause.
