Actual installation of SCUP 2011 is simple and easy.
Download System Center Update Publisher 2011 (SCUP 2011) from http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=11940
1. Launch SCUP installer as administrator
2. Install if asked for WSUS 3.0 SP2 hotfix
3. Accept the License Agreement
4. Choose installation location
5. Click next on installation window to start the installation
6. Once the setup is complete you will receive Setup completed confirmation

1. Launch SCUP installer as administrator
That's it. We have successfully installed SCUP 2011 in our environment.
