How to check the Windows ADK version

There are various ways to find out the installed version of Windows ADK.
The simplest and easiest way is by launching Deployment and Imaging Tools Environment command utility from Start -> All Programs ->Windows Kits -> Windows ADK
The command prompt window will show the path of the installed directory with version number in the path.

For Windows ADK 8, the folder structure will show as below;

For Windows ADK 8.1, the folder structure will show as below;

Another way is; Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
For Windows ADK 8.0;
The ADK will be listed as Assessment and Deployment Kit with 8.59.25584

If it is Windows ADK 8.1 then it will be listed as Windows Assessment and Deployment kit for Windows 8.1 with 8.100.26866 version number
