We can install RDC using GUI mode or using command line.
To install remote differential compression GUI:
1. Open the Server Manager
2. Run the Add Features Wizard
3. Select Role-based or feature-based installation
4. Choose select a server from the server pool
5. Click next on the Select server roles window
6. On Select features window, scroll down half way down then select remote differential compression then click next
7. Tick the Restart the destination server automatically if required, then click on Install
8. Installation will start and progress bar will appear
9. Once the install is complete, you can see Installation succeeded on "servername"
To install remote differential compression using Command line;
1. Launch the PowerShell command window as administrator
2. Type following command on the command prompt:
Servermanagercmd -Install RDC
