GetDPLocations failed with error 0x80072ee2

When you are trying to install SCCM client you may recevice error;

GetDPLocations failed with error 0x80072ee2

Failed to get DP locations as the expected version from MP 'SCCB-MP.W2K8.LAB'. Error 0xB0072ee2 

Location request failed with error Dx8D072ee2, status code 2CO. MP 'SCCB-MP.W2K8.LAB' could be busy at this moment...

 In general, error code 0x80072ee2 indicates an issue with the network connectivity to the management point and/or to the distribution point.

Few things to check;
     - Review the network connectivity in-between client and MP and DP
     - Review the firewall settings
     - Review boundary settings
     - Review the boundary groups

In my case, for some unknown reason the VM dropped off the network.
Disabling and re-enabling the network adapter fixed the problem and client installed successfully.
